Social Impact : I started my carrier in the unit of Brain damage children. I learn a lot from them. Working voluntary to help the severely mentally and physically challenged orphan children at Asha – Daan, Mother Theresa’s Institute for destitute and at S.E.C day school branches for polio affected children of slum area I could design community based methods of Rehabilitation and Educating them. Currently I am running special classes for challenged children in the schools for normal children through Posat Foundation (Physio – Occupational – Speech Academy of Therapist) in suburbs of Mumbai. I am overwhelmed with the support of the school authorities. There are about ‘200’ children in special classes who are learning to live the life independently with dignity. At Posat mothers of these special children are trained to be teachers. I believe if one has positive attitude towards the goal one always get helping hands on the path. I get support from NGOS like Rotary Clubs and Lions Club and many others.
