Work in field of literacy : Mr. Prem Kumar Jain resident of Bhilwara (Raj.) he passed Senior Secondary Examination Govt School of Bhilwara. He is working for disable children in Bhilwara for last 30 years. He has own daughter 30 years old facing disability. The Thought to help disable children came from his own daughter. In 1996 he started school for disable children currently running in Suwana Road, Bhilwara. The school is having good infrastructure and all the necessary equipments to educate and trained disable students male and female both. It is the only school which is partly funded by Govt. of Rajasthan giving free education for disable students. He put his all efforts for the development of school, his looking after daily the working of school and give them guidance in routine.

Social Impact : Presently 70 students male or female are studying regularly in the school and more than 100 students getting training in their homes called as home base training. Giving education to disable students is very difficult task as students have very less senses to understand and react accordingly which is talk to them. So the impacts in society by helping disable students is very honorable work.

Fund Outlay : 15 Lac per year running expenses

The challenge of arranging funds is being met : Every year 15 lacs amount is required for day to day expenses of school like salaries to teachers, electricity, water, office expenses etc. 5 lacs is given by Govt. of Rajasthan and rest 10 lacs collected by local donors and own funds Mr. Prem Kumar Jain daily see the activities of school and arranging funds to run school.

This Award is going to impact the work in future : To make the future of disable children is challenging task which needs strength, power, patience, team work and appreciation by the society. The Rotary gives him recognisation at national level. Whole country recognise his work and impact on all to think and work for disable children in their own areas.
